Terms & Conditions

 

  1. The 6th World Club ProAM (‘The Tournament’) shall be under the management and control of the Confederation of Professional Golf & the Tournament Organising Committee, whose decision on all matters relating to the Tournament will be final.
  2. The Confederation of Professional Golf and / or the Tournament Organising Committee of the 6th World Club ProAm may at its discretion amend or add any condition of the Tournament.
  3. Participants in the tournament agree to participate in any media promotion and publicity before, during and after the Tournament. Competitors assent to pictures of them appearing and being used for event promotion. Including all social media platforms.
  4. By registering online and accepting the tournaments terms & conditions, competitors agree to participate in the 6th World Club ProAm tournament at their own risk. The Tournament Organising Committee, Confederation of Professional Golf, sponsors, host golf clubs, accommodation partner and other suppliers of goods and services accept no liability for any death, injury, property loss or damage incurred during or arising out of any aspect of the conduct of the Tournament  All events will be conducted in accordance with the rules of golf and such local rules as approved by the Confederation of Professional Golf & the Tournament Organising Committee.
  5. All deposits and payments are fully-refundable until the green light is given on 15 December 2019 or before, and thereafter non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or postponed by the organisers. Any additional refund applications received after 30 Janaury 2020 but before 28 February 2020 will be subject to a US$150 administration charge plus bank charges. Cancellations after 28 February 2020 will be subject to a 30% forfeiture plus the administration charge.
  6. Any entries after the cut-off date of the early Bird offer will be at the full rate of entry. The Early Bird offer per golfer requires a deposit of 20% to be paid before 15 December 2019.
  7. Payment of deposits must be made within 14 days from entering unless otherwise arranged.
  8. Withdrawal for any reason within 90 days of the event must be vetted, verified and accepted by the organisers and Confederation of Professional Golf, and may require supporting documentation in order for the organisers to recover deposits made, which is not guaranteed.
  9. Player substitution by any player withdrawing at any stage is permitted.
