Whilst there are numerous pre packaged options available to you, we can just as easily do customised packages to suit your every need.

Package includes:

1. Meals as stipulated in the itinerary
2. Transportation is suitably sized vehicle with English-speaking drivers.
3. 24-Hours assistance for the duration of the stay.

Package excludes:

1. All airfares and airport taxes.
2. Visa fees (if applicable).
3. All meals and entrances not mentioned above.
4. Optional tours and services. See ‘Optional Tours’ further on in this proposal for rates and details.
5. All items of a personal nature.
6. Gratuities to drivers, guides and restaurant staff.
7. Travel insurances. We recommend that guests obtain the necessary travel insurances as cover in the unforeseen event of cancellation/curtailment, loss of baggage and/or medical emergencies.

1. This is a cost proposal only and is subject to availability of quoted services at time of booking. No reservations have been made to date.

Cancellation policy:

General Your Africa Cancellation Policy

• 30 Days before arrival : 0% of total tour price
• 21-29 Days before arrival : 25% of total tour price will be charged
• 14-20 Days before arrival : 50% of total tour price will be charged
• 7-13 Days before arrival : 70% of total tour price will be charged
• Less than 7 Days before arrival : 100% of total tour price will be charged

Where bookings include Rovos Rail, Blue Train, Game Lodges in South Africa and Lodges in Botswana, Zimbabwe and Zambia are included, special cancellation policies apply.

Botswana / Zambia / Zimbabwe and Mozambique Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Should a cancellation be received between the confirmation of a booking and thirty-one (31) to Ninety (90) days prior to arrival a 20% cancellation fees will be charged.

Should a cancellation be received between zero (0) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival a 100% cancellation fees will be charged.

Cancellation fees are calculated on the total value of the booking.
